Our volunteers are a core part of our team who makes this conference successful each year. We welcome people of all backgrounds and identities to join our community to learn, innovate, and create impactful change in the community.
We welcome volunteers in a variety of roles, including events and activities that directly support our staff, and committee members.
MuseWeb offers complimentary registration to a limited number of students and professionals from small institutions in return for assistance with conference administration.
Their duties include;
We are looking for Virtual Volunteers!
- technical volunteer to assist with virtual sessions;
- assist with audience Q&A and chat features;
- may be responsible for recording and editing sessions;
- report to the organizers any technical or other problems that arise;
- other duties may be assigned.
A virtual volunteer must be able to attend the online volunteer orientation and software tutorial in advance of the conference date time and date (TBA).
*Please be aware that most of the live virtual sessions you will be assisting with are scheduled to take place in the US Central Time Zone.
The cost of registration will be waived for volunteers; however, volunteers must pay for any pre-conference workshops or tours they wish to attend. Travel (hotel, expenses, and flight costs) is not included. All social event tickets are included.
